We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at Bäckerei und Konditorei Treiber GmbH.

About the Role
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality baked goods and snacks to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Skillfully sell our products to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations:
    • Manage daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to food and hygiene regulations.
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, meeting company standards.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience or a baking sales specialist apprenticeship is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of German language.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, including Sundays on rotation.
  • Seeking a long-term role in sales.
