Business Development Representative

We are partnering with a global market research company to find a talented Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team in Germany. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid schedule (3 days office/ 2 days home-office).
Key Responsibilities- Establish new customer contacts and schedule appointments through networking and lead sourcing activities.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities and support the sales process with relevant insights.
- Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Present to and consult with clients to drive business growth.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Utilize sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce to drive sales success.
- University degree in Business or an equivalent education.
- Experience in direct sales B2B, preferably in business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Excellent relationship building skills and strong communication skills.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
