Business Development Representative

About the Role

We are partnering with a global market research company to find a talented Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team in Germany. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid schedule (3 days office/ 2 days home-office).

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new customer contacts and schedule appointments through networking and lead sourcing activities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities and support the sales process with relevant insights.
  • Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Present to and consult with clients to drive business growth.
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Utilize sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce to drive sales success.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or an equivalent education.
  • Experience in direct sales B2B, preferably in business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
