Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to join our R&D organization, Design Enabling and Services (DES). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics of R&D trainings on a worldwide basis, maintaining the R&D training catalogue, and updating and maintaining both the R&D Academy iShare and the Confluence pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational talent: Coordinate logistics of R&D trainings on a worldwide basis
  • Reliable work: Maintain the R&D training catalogue
  • Take responsibility: Update and maintain both the R&D Academy iShare and the Confluence pages
  • Study field: Currently studying subjects generally related to R&D, IC design, or related to training coordination in a wider sense
  • Work experience: Ideally, have experience as a working student
  • Interests: Interested in administrative tasks and in the interaction with people across organizations
  • Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Confluence as a plus
  • Language skills: Good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program
  • Maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome
  • Live close to the site
