Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our R&D team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving data quality in our R&D planning tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Quality Improvement: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in our R&D planning tool using Tableau dashboards, collaborate with data owners, and follow up on progress.
  • Reliable Support: Provide assistance to the team with dashboards and quality checks, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Resource Management: Maintain resource pools and support data updates in the planning tool, ensuring efficient data management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support the creation of reports and ad-hoc analysis, leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Study Field and Skills: Currently studying economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field, with a strong foundation in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of Tableau and Confluence a plus.
  • Experience and Personality: Ideally, you have experience in creating reports, handling data from various sources, and formats, with a motivated, enthusiastic, and analytical mindset.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with German a plus.
