ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Global Learning & Development Strategic Partnership Management team. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our Semi-Annual Vendor Business Reviews and maintaining several integral internal vendor databases.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic partnerships with vendors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information
  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of Semi-Annual Vendor Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business intelligence tools and systems

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
