Working Student: R&D Execution Governance

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our R&D team in executing governance processes and improving data quality in our planning tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Quality Improvement: Identify and address data inconsistencies in our R&D planning tool, working closely with data responsible persons to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
  • Reliable Support: Provide support to the team with dashboards and quality checks, ensuring seamless execution of R&D processes.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Maintain resource pools and support data updates in the planning tool, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support in creating reporting and ad-hoc analysis, leveraging data insights to inform R&D decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Currently studying economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
  • Skills: Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of Tableau and Confluence a plus.
  • Experience: Ideal candidate has experience in creating reports, handling data from various sources and formats.
  • Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to learn new things fast, with excellent communication skills in English, German a plus.
