Agile Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Active Agile. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in organizing and conducting Agile training sessions with partners and customers, as well as creating content for our Active Agile Academy and Coaching services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the continuous Agile improvement process through individual and team coaching
- Collaborate closely with the Agile chapter, comprising several Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters
- Accompany and initiate decision-making processes regarding Agile method adoption (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean Startup) in teams and their implementation
- Ensure Agile process compliance, remove obstacles, and implement Agile methods
- Prepare and organize regular meetings, moderate sprints, reviews, retrospectives, and reports as needed
- Promote Agile mindset development at the team level through team coaching and support for conflict resolution within the team and with interface departments
- Conduct Agile trainings for newly assembled teams and on client sites
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in multiple Agile projects, with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and scaled frameworks like SAFe and LeSS
- Deep interest in the Agile Manifesto and Agile values
- Good knowledge of Management 3.0 concepts
- Experience leading teams and projects through Agile and/or Lean transitions
- Previous experience as a coach, trainer, and moderator is a plus
- Ability to make impediments transparent and help remove them as a Servant Leader
- Strong understanding of communication, group dynamics, and coaching, with the ability to work in a team
- Empathy and persuasiveness are essential
- Curious and able to think outside the box
- Initiative and hands-on mentality
- Good communication skills and knowledge of software development
- Fluent knowledge of both English and German languages
