ETC , ein international führender Anbieter von Beleuchtungstechnik für Veranstaltungen, sucht derzeit einen Field Project Coordinator (Technical Sales) für DACH, Osteuropa und GUS. Diese Position wird eng mit Verleih- und Veranstaltungsfirmen zusammenarbeiten, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Moving Lights liegen wird. Unser idealer Kandidat sollte mit Moving Lights und dem Markt für Live-Events vertraut sein. Der Field Project Coordinator wird Beziehungen aufbauen und pflegen und den regionalen Vertriebsleiter und die ETC-Händler für ETC- und HES-Equipment unterstützen. Die Bewerber sollten fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.

Der/die erfolgreiche Kandidat/in kann von seinem/ihrem Home-Office in der Region Deutschland oder von unserem Büro in Holzkirchen aus arbeiten.

Primäre Aufgaben:

• Freundlicher und kompetenter ETC Repräsentant

• Unterstützt durch technischen Vertrieb in der Region, damit ETC Produkte spezifiziert werden.

• Vermittlung von Information und Wissen an Distributoren, Händler, Fachplaner, Ingenieure und Endverbraucher.

• Unterwegs, um Theatern und Händlern und Verleihfirmen zur Durchführung von Demos zu besuchen.

• Beantwortung technischer Fragen im Vertrieb und unterstützt den Regional (Sales) Manager

• Unterstützt die ETC Händler im Vertriebsgebiet

• Koordiniert Vertriebsaktivitäten und kümmert sich um Sales Leads.

• Demonstriert Produkte bei Distributoren, Händler, Fachplanern, Ingenieuren und Endanwendern

• Teilnahme an Messen bei Bedarf

• Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen und technischen Zeichnungen (Riser) gemäß Kundenwünsche.

• Vorbereitung von Angeboten

• Interpretiert und entwickelt Spezifikationen von ETC Produkten

• Trainiert Händler und/oder Distributoren und Endanwender im Gebrauch von ETC Produkten

• Unterstützt die Firma im Umgang mit dem Kunden, Besuchsplanung, Training, und Inbetriebnahme

• Handelt generell als Kontaktperson zu ETC.

• Erhält Informationen über Projekte.

• Benachrichtigt die Vertriebsabteilung über Projekte, die in anderen Regionen liegen.

• Leitet Feedback über Produktprobleme und Unzufriedenheiten weiter

• Getsand maintains demo gear for the region

• Unterhalten von guten geschäftlichen Beziehungen und unterstützt den Sales Manager

• Leistet telefonischen und Email – Support

• Beantwortung von Preis – und Produktanfragen

• Beantwortung von spezifischen Fragen zu Angeboten

• Eingabe von Opportunitäten in SAP

• Erledigung andere Aufgaben bei Bedarf

Mindestqualifikationen:

• Bachelor Anschluss in ein vergleichbaren Disziplin oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Erfahrung

• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung

• Technischer Hintergrund im Bereich Theaterbeleuchtung

• Lichtstellwerker ist ein Plus

• Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen mit Theaterbeleuchtung

• Kenntnisse von ETC Produkten

• Wissen über Computernetzwerke

• Mit Mitbewerberprodukten vertraut sein

• Fähigkeit intensive zu reisen

• Kenntnisse über Microsoft Office Anwendungen (inklusive Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Kenntnisse über andere Software wie z.B. SAP, CRM, Acrobat, PhotoShop

• Kenntnis in AutoCAD

• Fähigkeit und Erfahrung zu präsentieren

• Erfahrung in der Planung von Beleuchtungssystemen für Theater

• Gute sozial Kompetenz und gute Kommunikationseigenschaften

ETC , an international leader in events lighting technology, is currently seeking a Field Project Coordinator (Technical Sales) for DACH, Eastern Europe and CIS. This position will work closely with rental and events companies with a focus on moving lights. Our ideal candidate would be familiar with moving lights and the live event market. The Field Project Coordinator will build and maintain relationships and support the regional sales manager and ETC dealers for ETC and HES equipment. Candidates should be fluent in German and English language.

The successful candidate can work remotely from their home office within the German region or from our Holzkirchen office.

Representative Responsibilities:

• Provides technically knowledgeable & friendly representation of ETC.

• Assists with technical sales for the region to get ETC specified.

• Distributes information and knowledge to distributors, dealers, consultants, engineers, and end-users.

• On the road visiting theatres and dealers and rental houses doing demonstrations.

• Provides a technical sales and support function for the Regional (Sales) Manager

• Supports ETC dealers within the territory.

• Coordinates sales and follows up on sales leads

• Demonstrates equipment to distributors, dealers, consultants, theatre planners, engineers, and end-users

• Attends trade shows as required

• Prepares quotations and riser diagrams based on customer needs

• Prepares submittal packages

• Interprets and develops specifications of ETC products

• Trains dealers and/or distributors and end users in the use of ETC products

• Assists GmbH in dealing with the client, scheduling visits, training and commissioning

• Acts as a liaison to ETC in general

• Retrieves information for projects

• Notifies the Sales department of jobs happening in other regions

• Provides feedback of product problems and dissatisfaction

• Assists demo team in ordering and maintaining demo gear for the region

• Maintains good business relationships and accounts for the sales managers

• Provides telephone and e-mail support

• Answers product pricing and product application questions

• Answers specific job quote requests

• Enters opportunities in SAP

• Completes additional tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent applicable experience

• 3-5 years previous job-related experience

• Technical background from the theatrical lighting industry

• Console operator experience advantageous

• Extensive theatrical lighting experience

• Knowledge of ETC products

• Computer networking & programming experience

• Familiarity with competitors' products

• Ability to travel extensively

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Knowledge of other software such as SAP, CRM, Acrobat, PhotoShop

• Understanding of physics, electronics and circuitry

• AutoCAD proficiency

• Presentation experience and skills

• Theatrical lighting systems design experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
