About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Planner to join our team at Bayerische Oberlandbahn GmbH. As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our transportation operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation plans and schedules to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in transportation planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
