Fleet Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are properly maintained, and that our drivers are trained and certified to operate them safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacements
  • Coordinate with leasing companies and vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of vehicles
  • Develop and implement processes to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that fleet policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
  • Completed professional training in business or a related field
  • Professional experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent German and business-level English
