SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fieldglass Domain Advisor to join our team. As a subject matter expert in External Workforce programs, you will play a critical role in mapping product capabilities to customer requirements, supporting the selling of Fieldglass solutions and services. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a domain expert and spokesperson for designated solution or product segments, driving pipeline growth, deal support, market development, and content creation for solution-based training.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

As a Senior Fieldglass Domain Advisor, you will have a thorough understanding of the Fieldglass solution, its features, and functionalities. You will provide sales cycle support on Fieldglass-specific solutions, identifying and implementing pipeline build strategies and scale initiatives to increase revenue and elevate SAP's leadership position in the industry. You will also be responsible for executing scalable programs and activities in focused Fieldglass segments, providing senior, strategic support to sales and the Value Advisory Team during the evaluate and select phases of the customer lifecycle.

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Identification, development, and execution of sales strategies and programs
  • Act as a senior advisor in Fieldglass' portfolio and serve as a primary conduit between Solutions Management, Regional LoB, and MU, and field sales organizations
  • Execute the GTM plans for Fieldglass, contributing and validating high-quality business plans that articulate the Fieldglass strategy, GTM activities, and key execution steps
  • Influence and implement Fieldglass strategies in targeted sales cycles, helping develop comprehensive strategies to engage partners in business development, packaged solution development, and solution cross-selling
  • Adept standardized approaches for value-based sales activities for Fieldglass, enabling the field and supporting the roll-out of new field training, conducting in-class training for specific solutions/LoBs, and contributing to e-learning content

Requirements

  • Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and a demonstrated expertise of Fieldglass
  • SAP product experience and/or 5-8 years prior relevant External Workforce experience
  • Working knowledge of Cloud in the B2B environment
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level)
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred
