Our intralogistics solution montrac enables efficient assembly automation and systematic process chaining of industrial production and logistics processes in a variety of applications and industries, with a particular focus on production and assembly lines in the automotive, e-mobility, plastics, electronics, medical technology, and pharmaceutical industries.

With over 2,500 installations worldwide, we have direct sales offices in Europe, the USA, and Asia, as well as further international representations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team and continuously develop its skills
  • Be responsible for internal and external capacity and personnel planning for SPS programmers
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring costs, deadlines, and quality in the Application Software area
  • Ensure and optimize structures, interfaces, and processes for the area
  • Create calculations based on customer requirements
  • Provide technical support for the CE process

Your Profile

  • Completed studies or further education as a technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in SPS programming, drive, and safety technology
  • First leadership experience desirable
  • Safe handling of TIA Portal and MS Office
  • Well-developed understanding of customer and product requirements
  • Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Very good communicative skills in German and English
  • Occasional willingness to travel
