Job Title: Technical Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best possible quality and pricing for our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that meet business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
• Process and monitor order transactions, including procurement of electrical components and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze and report on procurement metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical procurement or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP R/3.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
