**Your Responsibilities:**

* Conceptualize and develop products and components
* Oversee the entire process from prototype development to series production
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and product-specific requirements and specifications
* Design and test prototypes
* Qualify and release components and products
* Maintain and improve existing products and components to ensure technological leadership
* Create and develop task sheets, FMEAs, and risk assessments
* Collaborate closely with other development teams and departments involved in the product development process
* Support procurement in selecting suppliers for components and parts

**Your Profile:**

* Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Technical and manufacturing knowledge in the design of complex metal and plastic parts, ideally in mechatronic systems
* Proven experience in product development
* Proficiency in SolidWorks and SAP is desirable
* High level of independence and self-responsibility
* Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
* Communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
