Job Title: Performance Transformation Manager

Role Summary:

As a Performance Transformation Manager at MANN+HUMMEL, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's ongoing transformation. Your responsibilities will include defining and continuously improving methods, processes, and tools, as well as training, coaching, and consulting the organization in their implementation. You will support the agile strategy implementation process and cross-functional alignment and governance to achieve our strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain (agile) project management methods, processes, templates, and tools for non-customer projects, especially for strategy implementation.
  • Create target group-specific learning material and learning journeys, as well as prepare and conduct workshops and group training sessions.
  • Support business units, operations, and corporate functions in the development, planning, and execution of (strategic) initiatives.
  • Support specialist departments in the development, planning, and implementation of (strategic) initiatives, including target definition and support with data-supported progress reports.
  • Identify dependencies and overlaps between projects to bundle synergies, ensure seamless integration, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess readiness for change, taking into account the most important stakeholders.
  • Derive required actions to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes.
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
  • Support target group-oriented (change) communication.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Successfully completed studies in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or comparable. Qualification as a systemic coach is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in project management methods, agile frameworks (especially OKRs), and related tools. Experience in supporting change processes. Sound knowledge of project and process management as well as strategy processes. Strong methodological skills in the preparation and moderation of workshops.
  • Language skills: Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Personality: Strong analytical thinking, conceptual and consultative skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented implementation skills. Quick comprehension, creativity, determination, assertiveness. Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment, and good communication and presentation qualities.
