Job Title: Performance Office Manager

Role Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ongoing transformation. Your responsibilities will include defining and continuously improving methods, processes, and tools, as well as training, coaching, and consulting our organization in their implementation. You will support the agile strategy implementation process and cross-functional alignment and governance to achieve our strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standards for project management methods, processes, templates, and tools, particularly for strategy implementation.
  • Create target group-specific learning materials and learning journeys, and prepare and conduct workshops and group training sessions.
  • Support business units, operations, and corporate functions in the development, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to develop, plan, and implement strategic initiatives, including target definition and data-supported progress reports.
  • Identify dependencies and overlaps between projects to bundle synergies, ensure seamless integration, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess readiness for change, considering key stakeholders.
  • Determine required actions to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes.
  • Manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
  • Support target group-oriented change communication.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. A systemic coaching qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in project management methods, agile frameworks (especially OKRs), and related tools. Experience in supporting change processes. Strong knowledge of project and process management, as well as strategy processes. Strong methodological skills in workshop preparation and moderation.
  • Language skills: Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Personality: Strong analytical thinking, conceptual and consultative skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented implementation skills. Quick comprehension, creativity, determination, assertiveness. Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment, and good communication and presentation qualities.
