Technical Moderator for Participant Testing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Moderator for Participant Testing to join our team at Applause GmbH. As a Technical Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of technical testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Moderator 1 and 2 activities as required;
  • Conduct data dumps and ensure accurate data collection;
  • Set up testing and moderator rooms with required equipment and software;
  • Manage the device bank and perform regular inventory checks;
  • Update software and firmware as needed and test new builds;
  • Manage the key log and ensure devices are properly cleaned;
  • Perform related project activities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in IT or HelpDesk environments;
  • Software QA experience and knowledge of Linux/ADB CLI;
  • Strong communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to follow detailed technical documentation and instructions;
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a quick learning pace;
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
