We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead to join our team at Applause GmbH in Berlin. As a Site Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our smart device testing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of smart devices, including check-in and check-out for devices entering and exiting the facility
- Coordinate device preparations and shipments across EU sites
- Act as main point of contact to troubleshoot issues related to onsite testing, logistics, and transportation
- Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices
- Instruct, guide, and assist moderators for smart device testing sessions
- Escalate smart device problems or tester-reported issues to the designated collection owner
- Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team
- Attend device and collection-related trainings and status meetings
- Address operational, security, and compliance issues onsite
- Oversee collection data quality and transfers
Requirements:
- Strong communications skills
- Customer service experience - IT/hardware/wearables a plus
- Logistics experience
- Ability to follow detailed technical documentation and instructions
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Quick learner and dependable
- Ability to work alone with little or no supervision
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to work on-site from the Berlin office
