About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Trade Certification Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering Fairtrade certification and audits of companies in assigned countries.
Responsibilities:- Act as an account manager for assigned customers, providing them with information on Fairtrade requirements and supporting their certification process.
- Evaluate audit reports against Fairtrade standards and perform Fairtrade audits of customers in assigned countries.
- Communicate actively with certified customers, providing them with necessary information and support throughout the certification process.
- Participate in projects as a team member and assist in the selection, evaluation, and training of auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, agronomy, economics, or food science.
- At least 2 years of related professional work experience in an office and customer-oriented environment.
- Work experience in certification and/or coordination in fields such as Fairtrade certification, organic certification, social accountability certification/auditing, economic auditing, verification, relevant supply chains, sustainability, food processing, and/or other relevant business areas.
- Fluency in English and French language (verbal and written).
- Strong dedication to customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Very good MS Office skills and flexible, pro-active work style.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

The estimated salary for this position is between €45,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The location is FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany. Remote work and flexible working hours are also available.
