**Student Assistant (M/F/div) Business Relations**

**Job Share**: Part-time / up to 20 hours per week
**Location**: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
**Salary & benefits package**:Competitive tariff payment for student assistant, compensated on hourly basis
**Start date**: as soon as possible

**Description**

**Your responsibilities**
- Administration support
- Sales support
- Marketing and Communications support

**Main Tasks**

Provide administrative, organisational, logístical, and other support within the following main tasks:

- Set up and organise Business Relations team meetings, make travel arrangements, and support with logistics and materials for internal and external meetings, document meetings / take meeting minutes, manage colleagues’ expense / reimbursement reports
- Manual sales data entry, updating sales dashboards, enabling sales via content management / prepare presentations, pitch desks and marketing materials
- Compiling and uploading materials into FLOCERT intranet
- Support Marketing and Sales in all research activities

**Your qualifications, experience and skills**
- Officially enrolled (certificate of matriculation) at university, ideally within any discipline, particularly those related to business sciences
- Proficient in interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills
- Fluent in English
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Logical thinking and numerical ability
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach, adaptable to diverse cultures
- Driven by motivation towards Fairtrade principles
- Familiarity with Excel macros would offer an advantage
- Knowledge of Salesforce and WordPress platforms would enhance your work
- Previous experience in customer service roles would be beneficial
- Fluency in French and / or Spanish would be advantageous
