About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Office Corporate Academy professional to join our E.ON SE team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall project management and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set project goals and objectives, and monitor progress against key performance indicators
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project leads, ensuring effective decision-making and strategy execution
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and minimizing risks
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project delivery, ensuring timely and successful project completion
Requirements
  • Strong background in project management, with a degree in Business Management or similar, or at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or project management
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to inspire others
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with experience in monitoring and evaluation
  • Fluency in English and German, with any additional language skills a plus
