About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Office Corporate Academy professional to join our E.ON SE team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall project management and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PMO processes and methodologies to monitor and control projects effectively.
  • Establish and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Define objectives and engage in continuous KPI and impact measurement to drive project success.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Project Leads in decision-making and strategy execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations through regular project updates.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Business Management or a related field, or have at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or project management.
  • Exhibit strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and inspire others through your work.
  • Be proficient in research, analysis, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Have a strong interest in Learning & Development and be willing to go above and beyond.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, using an appreciative style and valuable approach.
  • Fluency in English and German is required, with any additional language skills being a plus.
