Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective project management processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set project goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project leads in decision-making and strategy execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations through regular project updates.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in project management or consulting, with a degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to inspire others.
  • Research and analysis skills, with experience in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Passion for Learning & Development and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Excellent communication style and a collaborative approach to work.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
