About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Office Corporate Academy professional to join our E.ON SE team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall project management and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PMO processes and methodologies to monitor and control projects effectively.
  • Establish and chair meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure project progress and alignment with company goals.
  • Define goals and objectives for the PMO team and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Project Leads in decision-making and strategy execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage expectations through regular project updates.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Business Management or a related field, or have at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or project management.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to inspire others.
  • Research and analysis skills, with experience in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Excellent communication style, with a focus on appreciation and collaboration.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
