Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Technician to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits, resolving complex issues related to our aerial work platforms.
  • Warranty and Service Cases: Process warranty cases, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
  • Market Communication: Develop and implement market communication strategies, including service information, promotions, and recalls, to ensure effective customer engagement.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify and resolve market problems, working closely with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal departments, including quality, research and development, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • On-Site Troubleshooting: Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis of hydraulic and electrical systems to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background: Hold a technical degree in metal or mechanical engineering, automotive mechanics, or a related field.
  • International Experience: Possess a willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time, with a strong ability to adapt to different cultural and technical environments.
