Test Laboratory Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Laboratory Quality Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our testing laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and maintain the quality management system, including documentation, training, and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand quality management principles and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Test Laboratory Manager to ensure the quality management system is aligned with business objectives.
- Completed university degree in mechanical, electrical, or quality management engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the rail industry.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and design processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Fluent in English and German (French beneficial).
