About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet and Remarketing Manager to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear and deliverable Fleet & Used Car Strategy to drive volume, profit, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Fleet & Used Car Strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise Europe Fleet guidelines and ensure market inclusion
  • Monitor and analyze Fleet & Used Car sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans
  • Provide guidance and support to markets in enhancing their Fleet organization and processes
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with Hyundai Capital and White Label partners to coordinate Genesis Leasing sales programs
  • Manage business relations with pan-European customers and international non-captive Leasing companies
About You
  • University Degree desired
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related position
  • Corporate fleet management and remarketing experience across the European market
  • Ability to judge independently and understand how various factors and trends can impact business decision-making
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented company
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English
