Fleet and Remarketing Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fleet and remarketing efforts across Europe. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fleet strategy that drives sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a clear and deliverable fleet and used car strategy to drive volume, profit, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create Europe-wide fleet guidelines, considering future market inclusion.
- Monitor and analyze fleet and used car sales performance, taking corrective action plans and reporting results internally.
- Ensure accurate weekly forecasts and provide guidance to markets on enhancing their fleet organization and processes.
- Influence markets through proactive and transparent approaches, including action plans and business planning.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Business Reviews: Collaborate with markets to analyze and report on NSCs' fleet sales programs and offer recommendations.
- Coordinate with Hyundai Capital and White Label partners to manage Genesis Leasing sales programs.
- Manage business relations with pan-European customers, ensuring needs are met and effectively managing relationships with international non-captive leasing companies.
- University degree desired.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related position.
- Corporate fleet management and remarketing experience across the European market.
- Ability to judge independently and understand how various factors and trends impact business decision-making.
- Desire to work for a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented company.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
