About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Working Student to join our team at Entrix GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system using HubSpot to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement and track sales processes and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a university program in economics, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with HubSpot, especially in CRM management and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the sales team and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
