About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Working Student to join our team at Entrix GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective CRM management and sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system using HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and systems.
  • Analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement and track measures, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analyses to evaluate customer activities and needs, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a university program in economics, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with HubSpot, particularly in CRM management and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales and marketing processes and identify potential optimizations.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM system integration and digital tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
