Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a Compensation Consultant to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain competitive pay ranges for all roles across the organization, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark salaries and ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with global, national, and local compensation regulations and labor laws.
- Lead job evaluation processes to determine appropriate pay levels for new and existing positions.
- Maintain accurate compensation data and documentation, and provide reporting and analysis when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and rewards and proactively recommend improvements to our compensation programs.
- 5 years of compensation experience.
- Experience evaluating compensation programs and developing recommendations to meet business objectives.
- Knowledge of compensation best practices.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
- Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business.
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
