(Entry-Level) Compensation Specialist (f/m/d)

Immediate start, full-time or part-time, permanent contract, primarily based in our central Munich office.

Your mission:

  • Independently manage monthly compensation accounting responsibilities following training.
  • Provide support to staff and management on compensation tax and social security issues.
  • Ensure adherence of compensation-related processes with legal and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate on registration, reporting, and certification activities.
  • Maintain compensation accounts, employee records, and master data.
  • Work closely with financial reporting and relevant authorities.
  • Assist in compensation tax and social security audits.
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of compensation processes.

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a tax consultant assistant (f/m/d).
  • 2-3 years of experience in compensation accounting, compensation tax, and social security regulations.
  • Proficient in DATEV payroll and compensation systems.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills, organized, and dependable work ethic.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, with good English skills.
  • Highly self-driven, responsible, and a collaborative team member.
