At mrge - commerce advertising, we're on a mission to become a global champion in commerce advertising and performance marketing. Backed by our investor Waterland Private Equity, our five companies - digidip, shopping24, mrge Americas, MaxBounty, and Yieldkit - form mrge. Together, we're building and scaling technology platforms that connect advertisers and publishers in a mutually beneficial way.

We're an international, multilingual team with flat hierarchies, working with a high degree of independence from offices in Hamburg and Berlin, as well as remotely. Our culture is built on trust, friendliness, and collegiality, fostering a positive work atmosphere.

As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities and creating trend reports. You'll support the setup and expansion of business areas for international development, research new potential publishers, and approach potential partners in the e-commerce market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to identify new business opportunities and create trend reports
  • Support the setup and expansion of business areas for international development
  • Research new potential publishers and approach potential partners in the e-commerce market

Your Ideal Profile:

  • International Business, Business Development, E-Commerce, or similar fields
  • Affinity to understand, read, and acquire market opportunities in online advertising for well-known brands
  • Interested in growing your competences in analytical business decisions
  • Driven to go the extra mile by taking on projects, tasks, and responsibilities as part of an ambitious team
  • Ideally familiar with Similarweb, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Fluent in both German and English is a must

Your Opportunity:

  • Gain experience in sales and business development through direct contact with online publishers in the e-commerce field
  • Understand and build national and international business growth
  • Work with well-known international brands and online shops to help them increase their revenue and success in commerce advertising/e-commerce
  • Learn the technical, business, and marketing side of e-commerce through in-depth education and hands-on mentality
  • Build and grow relevant contacts in the advertising, marketing, and e-commerce universe
  • You'll work and learn with our teams in Marketing, IT, and Business Intelligence
