The Sales division is the driving force behind our efforts to attract and engage new clients throughout Europe. Our sales professionals excel in everything from identifying prospects to securing new business. Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams, they effectively capture new market segments through a value-driven, solution-oriented strategy, leveraging their expertise to expand our client base at an impressive pace.

We are seeking a Sales Executive to enhance our Client Travel division in Germany, focusing on achieving and surpassing our objectives for both new and existing clientele. Your daily tasks will involve identifying potential clients that align with our target demographic and refining your outreach techniques to significantly boost conversion rates, supported by a robust sales engagement platform.

You will engage with clients in person to showcase the benefits of our solutions. You will oversee the onboarding process to ensure that Free Now's technology effectively supports our clients in their daily operations. Additionally, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, conducting relationship meetings, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and closely monitoring their booking patterns.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets (experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential)A passion for being active and a strong understanding of your city’s dynamicsA clear comprehension of how your activities influence your sales performanceAbility to make informed, data-driven decisionsEnjoyment in engaging with new individuals and establishing connectionsUtilization of coaching opportunities and self-assessment to enhance your sales capabilitiesFluency in German and at least a B2 level of English proficiency
