About You Trainee Program

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Procurement division as a Trainee (m/f/d) in Project Management. As a key member of our team, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in a fast-paced and international scale-up environment.

About the Role

  • You will accompany, lead and coordinate various strategic and operational projects in 3-4 of our departments, including the further development of Fulfillment by About You, automated inventory optimization between warehouse locations, and analysis of supply chain management processes.
  • You will learn how to manage cross-functional projects, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and create real impact during project implementation.
  • You will improve the assortment offering in our international markets, optimize the direct data exchange between key partners and About You, and understand, identify and monitor key KPIs in different departments.
  • You will work closely with different stakeholders, network across teams, and grow within your peer group of trainees.

Requirements

  • Graduate (m/f/d) in business administration, international business, management, logistics, or comparable courses of study with above-average results
  • Practical experience in supply chain management, marketplace programs, or inventory management in a retail and/or eCommerce environment is desirable
  • Very good analytical skills with hands-on mentality and creative way of thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High degree of motivation to drive topics forward
  • Fast comprehension and structured way of working
  • Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and large amounts of data
