About You Project Management Trainee

You are looking for a challenging start to your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? As a Project Management Trainee at About You, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Account Management, and Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

Gain deep expertise
You will accompany, lead, and coordinate various strategic and operational projects in 3-4 of our departments.

Develop your management skills
Learn how to manage cross-functional projects, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and create real impact during project implementation.

Deepen your project management skills
Improve the assortment offering in our international markets or optimize the direct data exchange between key partners and About You.

Know the supply chain and partner program KPIs
Understand, identify, and monitor key KPIs in different departments. Gain visibility into supply management, inventory planning, and large partner account management.

Requirements

  • Graduate in business administration, international business, management, logistics, or comparable courses of study with above-average results
  • Practical experience in supply chain management, marketplace programs, or inventory management in a retail and/or e-commerce environment is desirable
  • Very good analytical skills with hands-on mentality and creative way of thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High degree of motivation to drive topics forward
  • Fast comprehension and structured way of working
  • Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and large amounts of data
