We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team at LyondellBasell. As a key member of our Raw Material Procurement team, you will be responsible for executing the sourcing process and effectively sourcing raw materials to meet internal customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to meet sourcing objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand demands and prepare demand forecasts
  • Perform spend analysis and ensure high ethical and financial control compliance standards
  • Maximize revenue share and control costs through effective procurement practices
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers to identify and select those who prioritize sustainability practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in business-related positions required
  • Several years of chemical or related industry experience and knowledge related to purchasing and materials management preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global team
  • Good English skills required
