Leading Barista Manager for Specialty Coffee Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Barista to join our team at LAP Coffee. As a leading coffee chain, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to lead by example, ensuring that every customer feels valued and connected. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for mentoring new team members, checking inventory, and maintaining standards. You will work closely with the manager to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, from classics to special drinks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling requests professionally.
- Shift Leadership: Lead by example, ensuring each team member has their place and tasks for the shift, and maintain efficient workflow.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold the LAP brand to the highest standards, embodying our values and commitment to quality.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior baristas, guiding them on coffee preparation techniques, customer service best practices, and product knowledge.
- Cleaning and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment and service counter.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management in a timely manner.
- Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of customers and staff.
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues to satisfaction.
