**Our Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of € 30,000 per year (fixed salary corresponding to 30 weekly working hours), plus opportunities for extra shifts with compensation on top

Your Role:

  • Brew our outstanding coffee while following our set Coffee Circle recipes, delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Collect and manage orders with impeccable customer service, building strong relationships with our customers
  • Provide table service when necessary, always acting as an attentive host
  • Clean and maintain our machines, kitchen, store, toilets, and other areas, prioritizing hygiene in your daily work
  • Represent the Coffee Circle brand as an ambassador, embodying our values in every interaction with customers
  • Contribute valuable feedback to management, providing insights into our daily operations and helping us improve

Your Profile:

  • Fluency in English (B2-C1 level) and conversational German (minimum A2 level), enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues
  • At least one year of previous work experience in cafés, preferably in specialty coffee; this expertise will be invaluable in delivering exceptional coffee experiences
  • A strong passion for coffee, driving your enthusiasm for brewing, tasting, and sharing knowledge with others
  • An open and inclusive mindset, welcoming customers from diverse backgrounds and fostering a sense of community
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential for success in this role, as they directly impact customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Rote Karte certification, demonstrating your ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise
  • A solid understanding of teamwork principles, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Basic Excel/Microsoft Office package skills, supporting data analysis and administrative tasks
  • A valid EU working permit, ensuring you can contribute to our team without any bureaucratic hurdles
  • A willingness to work in multiple locations across Berlin, adapting to changing operational needs while maintaining a positive attitude
