Service Management Team Lead

Als Service Management Team Lead bei enercity AG erarbeitest du die notwendigen Services und die vertragliche Vereinbarung mit internen IT-Kund:innen und externen Provider:innen. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil deines Aufgabenbereiches ist zudem die Steuerung, Überwachung und Koordination der IT-Services, die von externen Provider:innen bezogen werden. Du stellst ein angemessenes Risiko- und Compliance-Management bezüglich des extern bezogenen Services sicher.
Im Bereich Gesprächsführung sowie Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement setzt du dich in hohem Maße ein und zeigst, dass du für deine Ziele einstehst.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Entwicklung von Service-Modellen, die Koordination von Service-Verträgen und die Überwachung der Service-Qualität. Du arbeitest eng mit den internen IT-Kund:innen und externen Provider:innen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die IT-Services den Anforderungen der Organisation entsprechen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifizierung und die Priorisierung von Risiken und Compliance-Anforderungen im Zusammenhang mit externen Services. Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien, um diese Risiken und Anforderungen zu minimieren und sicherzustellen, dass die Organisation den relevanten Gesetzen und Vorschriften entspricht.
In deiner Rolle als Service Management Team Lead bist du ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für die internen IT-Kund:innen und externen Provider:innen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation von Service-Informationen und -Anforderungen und sicherstest, dass alle Beteiligten über die Service-Ziele und -Ergebnisse informiert sind.
Du bist ein Teamplayer, der sich in hohem Maße für die Entwicklung und den Erfolg der Organisation einsetzt. Du bist flexibel und anpassungsfähig und kannst in einem dynamischen Umfeld arbeiten.
