Job Description

As a Team Lead Process Management at Operational Services GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic development of our process management team. Your tasks will include:

  • Operative & strategische Weiterentwicklung: You will be responsible for the further development of our process management methodology and the expansion of our product portfolio.
  • Kommunikation & Präsentation: You will communicate complex issues to stakeholders and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierung: You will implement process optimizations and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Teamführung: You will lead and motivate your team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Finanzielle Planung und Entwicklung: You will develop and implement financial plans for your team.
  • Fachgebietsentwicklung: You will contribute to the development of our business unit and ensure that we remain a leading service provider in the market.

    Requirements

    • You have several years of experience in IT management and process management.
    • You have knowledge of ITIL processes and methods, preferably with certifications.
    • You are customer-oriented and think and act entrepreneurially, even at management level.
    • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to communicate complex issues to stakeholders.
    • You have social skills and experience in coaching and knowledge transfer.
    • You have a strong leadership personality and are able to motivate and lead your team.
    • You have very good German and English language skills.
