International Cash Management Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to head our newly created Cash Management department. As a key member of our Group Finance team, you will be responsible for disciplinary management and further development of the existing team, process optimization, and system responsibility for payment transactions in Hanover and our international locations.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Cash Management department and drive process optimization
- Manage and develop a team of professionals
- Ensure seamless payment transactions across Hanover and international locations
- Collaborate with house banks, asset managers, and Broadridge
- Implement SAP S/4 HANA and optimize bank account landscape
- Proven experience in international finance and cash management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of payment transaction solutions and SAP/Serrala
- International mindset and fluency in German and English
- Flexible work model with 30 days of annual leave
- Up to 20 days of work abroad within the EU
