International Cash Management Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to head our newly created Cash Management department. As a key member of our Group Finance team, you will be responsible for disciplinary management and further development of the existing team, process optimization, and system responsibility for payment transactions in Hanover and our international locations.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Cash Management department and drive process optimization
- Disciplinary management and further development of the existing team
- System responsibility for payment transactions in Hanover and our international locations
- Interface with house banks, asset managers, and Broadridge, our SWIFT service office
- Operational processing of payment transactions at the Hanover location
- Project work in the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA and optimization of our bank account landscape
- Experience with an international company in the financial sector
- Degree in economics or business administration, preferably with a focus on finance or commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of a payment transaction solution, preferably SAP/Serrala
- Initial experience in disciplinary management of a team
- International mindset paired with German and English at a conversational level
- IT affinity, a strong understanding of numbers, and a precise way of working
- Flexibility: A hybrid work model with flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave
