Talent Management and Organizational Development Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive student to join our Talent Management and Organizational Development team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent management and organizational development, working closely with our experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support diagnostics and selection initiatives at business sector Tires level
- Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) strategy
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Organize and implement various virtual and onsite meetings and events
- Provide general support to the TMOD Sector team (MS PowerPoint presentations preparation, meetings' organization, moderation, and documentation)
- Support the process of recruiting and onboarding of the new intern
Requirements
- Students with a field of Economic or Social Sciences like Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable fields of study
- Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
- Passionate about Talent Management and Organizational Development
- Willing to learn as well as bring new perspectives and drive new ideas
- Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks
- Organized, independent, and proactive in your way of working
- Efficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and (managing multiple topics in parallel)
