Talent Management and Organizational Development Internship

Are you a driven and proactive student eager to launch your Human Resources career? Continental's Talent Management and Organizational Development team is seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic group for a six-month experience.
Your Impact:
- Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives within the Tires sector.
- Support the development and implementation of diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) strategies.
- Assist in leadership development programs.
- Organize and execute both virtual and in-person meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to the TMOD Sector team, including preparing presentations, organizing meetings, moderating discussions, and documenting outcomes.
- Play a role in recruiting and onboarding new interns.
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Economics or Social Sciences, such as Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- Experience working within a matrix organizational structure is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language proficiency is a plus.
- Genuine passion for Talent Management and Organizational Development.
- A willingness to learn, contribute fresh perspectives, and drive innovative ideas.
- Enthusiasm for building professional connections and fostering strong networks.
- Organized, independent, and proactive work style.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
