We are excited to offer an internship within our Talent Management and Organizational Development division. This six-month opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, combining both onsite and remote work.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting with diagnostic and selection processes at the Tires business sector level.
- Contributing to the development and execution of our diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) strategy.
- Supporting initiatives aimed at leadership development.
- Coordinating and facilitating various virtual and onsite meetings and events.
- Providing general assistance to the TMOD Sector team, including preparing MS PowerPoint presentations, organizing meetings, and documenting discussions.
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process for new interns.
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Economic or Social Sciences, such as Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of German is a plus).
- A strong interest in Talent Management and Organizational Development.
- A willingness to learn and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
- A passion for building professional relationships and networks.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a proactive approach to work.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
