Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanz- und Controlling-Experten, der sich in der Consumer Healthcare-Branche auskennt und sich für die Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten unseres Unternehmens begeistern kann.

Als Finanz- und Controlling-Experte bei STADA Consumer Healthcare bist du verantwortlich für die Analyse und Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse, die Entwicklung von Strategien zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Gewinnmargen sowie die Überwachung der Geschäftsentwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von wertvollen Analysen und Geschäftseinblicken zur Entscheidungshilfe für die Geschäftsführung und das Management-Team
  • Überwachung der Geschäftsentwicklung, einschließlich regelmäßiger Performance-Überprüfungen, KPI-Setzung und -Überwachung, ad-hoc-Analysen und regelmäßige Reporting
  • Erstellung von Prognosen und Mehrjahresplänen, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Planung sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung des Finanz-Teams und der Fachabteilungen in Projekten, wie z.B. der Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich und Analysen
  • Setzung eigener Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereichs und der Fachabteilungen
