Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanz-Partner, der unsere Geschäftsentwicklung bei STADA unterstützt. Als Teil des Consumer Healthcare Commercial Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Analyse und Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von wertvollen Analysen und Geschäftseinblicke zur Entscheidunghilfe für die Geschäftsführung und das Management Team
  • Überwachung der Geschäftsentwicklung, einschließlich regelmäßiger Performance-Überprüfungen, KPI-Setzung und -Überwachung sowie ad-hoc-Analysen und regelmäßige Berichterstattung
  • Gestaltung des Finanzplanungsprozesses, einschließlich Budgetierung, unterjähriger Prognosen und Mehrjahresplanung
  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Ressourcenplanung, Umsatz- und Kostennachverfolgung sowie in allen weiteren Finanzthemen und der aktiven Kommunikation mit den Teams
  • Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung und Margenverbesserung, einschließlich Kostenreduzierung
  • Ansprechpartner für das ALIUD OTC-Segment und Koordination dieses eigenständig (GuV-Steuerung, Forecast, Budgetprozess, Monatsabschlussaktivitäten und Reportings)
  • Unterstützung des Finanz-Teams und der Fachabteilungen in Projekten, z.B. zur Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich und bei Analysen bzw. Berichten
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Mindestens ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Rechnungswesen oder eine gleichwertige Kombination aus Ausbildung und einschlägiger Erfahrung
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in kommerziellen Finanz- oder Controlling-Funktionen
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Controlling und Rechnungswesen sowie Kenntnisse in Financial Compliance
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein als Co-Pilot für das Business und Herausforderung von Annahmen und Status Quo
  • Kenntnisse in relevanten IT-Systemen (u.a. MS Office, PowerBI), Erfahrung mit SAP ist wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv in einer komplexen Matrixumgebung zu arbeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
