Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Global FP&A to join our team in Bad Vilbel, Germany. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to optimize cash flow, net working capital, and capital expenditures
  • Track and analyze M&A and investment activities to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with top management to drive decision-making and strategy development
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the life sciences or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
