Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Global FP&A to join our team in Bad Vilbel, Germany. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Lead cash flow, net working capital, and capital expenditure projects to optimize financial performance
  • Collaborate with top management to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial performance
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business development and investment decisions
Requirements
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods, with exposure to private equity environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
